So we decided to create a video diary of our lockdown experience as a family because this time will go by so quickly and there are such precious memories being made in the small and big things. This is an honest, real and at times fun documentary of our first week of Lockdown! You will find some creative ideas of what you can do with your kids, some dance moves and some pockets of joy here and there.

LOCKDOWN DIARIES EPISODE 1
How do you keep busy during the Quarantine? How do Families keep busy? Well, we had a lot of energy on Day one of Lockdown doing hair, making pizza, dancing and exercising! Little did we know what kind of week we were entering into.
LOCKDOWN DIARIES EPISODE 2
We plan on treating our lockdown weekends like normal weekends which includes sleeping in, having fun in the garden, cooking together and Drinks! Since alcohol isn’t on sale during lockdown we have to be very careful of spreading out our supply….which means setting a time when we can actually have a drink. These days I am being a lot more resourceful with my gardening and in this video, you will see how we created a garden pot with old plastic water bottles. We planted carrots because they need that depth. We will have to wait and see if they actually grow. But that is part of the journey. You can see how excited the kids are about our milk bottle garden beds. he he he!
LOCKDOWN DIARIES EPISODE 3
It was a wet cloudy day on Monday and I had one of my frustrating headaches. The adjustment of trying to focus on work while at home is getting harder and harder as we get further into this lockdown! But we do try to have at least two activities a day that is interesting for the kids. The main highlight of the day was building a fort and making a rainbow out of cutout coloured paper and magazines.
LOCKDOWN DIARIES EPISODE 4
